Dave grew up with a love for the beach and playing cribbage was the family game from a very young age. The idea to make cribbage boards combines these two loves in my life. I started making cribbage boards from driftwood about 10 years ago and continue to enjoy making the boards. When finding the wood at the beach, I never really know how it will turn out until I'm done, as driftwood comes from "anywhere" and the pieces are all different.
